About Stacy Jagger, Family Wellness Coach, LMFT, RPT-S

Stacy Jagger is a mother of four, author, guest speaker, and mentor. She is on a mission to restore wonder to childhood, connection to families, and intimacy to relationships.

A Nashville-based therapist, Stacy draws on a decade of experience in treating families to help them heal and reconnect. Stacy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), as well as an AAMFT, Approved Supervisor.

Stacy is the founder of Music City Family Therapy, a unique counseling practice that specializes in integrating play and expressive arts therapies for women, children, and families.

She is the architect of the 30-Day Blackout, a break from technology designed to bring parents and children closer together and unleash the natural creativity in all of us.

Music City Family Therapy is an attachment-informed group counseling practice with a whole family approach to helping children, individuals, and families heal from disconnection, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, behavioral problems, divorce, addiction, and alcoholism. Our therapists are trained in, and utilize, Stacy Jagger’s Mountain Method ™ – an experiential family therapy process to facilitate appropriate clinical interventions to help clients define and reach their goals with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
